Senior Data Analyst

About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst at Kye, you will play a critical role in analyzing the vast amounts of operational data captured by our platform to uncover insights that directly drive customer value. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to identify patterns of inefficiency, quantify the impact of process variations, communicate findings to customers, and help shape the future of our AI-driven observability features.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets derived from user activity across various applications to uncover operational trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for customer improvement.
- Develop and present metrics, dashboards, and reports to customers demonstrating the value and insights derived from Kye.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support customer engagements with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to inform model development based on data insights and customer use cases.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external customers.
- Contribute to data quality initiatives and the definition of data schemas relevant to customer value.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, consulting, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven ability to translate complex data analysis into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders and customers.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for creating compelling reports and dashboards.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in customer-facing roles highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience analyzing process data or working with enterprise software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
